iDrive was an online file storage and sharing website in need of a new brand to reflect the company’s changing customer demographic, to be flexible enough to satisfy both consumer and corporate applications, and to be viable in a multitude of co-branding situations. Our challenge with the application interface was to organize all of its functions to present a complicated set of features in an easy-to-use package. Throughout the process we collaborated closely with the engineering team to ensure proper execution. The result was an interface that users found exceptionally easy to use and that the company felt exceeded expectations.
