SMP Employee Benefits Website

Standard Motor Products is America’s largest after-market auto parts manufacturer. For over a decade, we’ve designed materials and online resources for their benefits department, with a focus on communicating to employees clearly.

We redesigned and implemented their employee benefits website. SMP employees were struggling to find benefits documents and forms on the old website, so we conducted qualitative research with employees to understand which organizational structures resonated with them, and redesigned the website to be clear and accessible.
