Delivery Associates

Da 01

Delivery Associates consults with governments around the world to build expertise in implementing policies and programs that deliver long-lasting results. Their system, called Deliverology, is driven by data, technology, planning, and monitoring.

We collaborated with Delivery Associates on a range of initiatives. We built custom dashboards for both their clients and for internal use. We developed tools for training, evaluation, managing conferences, and tracking development. We helped them communicate their research.

Data dashboard

We created dashboards that track a range of initiatives, including global warming, education, infrastructure, agriculture, healthcare, citizen security, and tourism.

Dashboards are a critical part of the Delivery Associates mission. Driven by data, activity, and relationships, dashboards keep stakeholders and decision-makers on the same page as associates in the field. They show an up-to-date overview of projects, keep associates on track with goals and milestones, and help identify key data trends. They both drive and reflect the journey.

Users can search and filter results and switch between views, depending on the task at hand. Data and content on this screenshot have been simulated to protect confidentiality.

Internal Dashboard

Delivery Associates practices what they preach: we designed an internal dashboard to track progress across all of their projects and personnel, and to communicate across the organization. This dashboard serves as a great way to experiment with tools and processes they can share with their clients.

Associates evaluate status and identify opportunities for change by tracking interventions and performance across key indicators for each of their clients. Institute Application

Not only does Delivery Associates help clients track their progress, they educate and train them as well. We built many tools and resources to help move their clients towards their goals.

One of those tools is the Institute Application, which hosts workshop and training modules, introduces associates to tools and processes, and ties them together to help them on their personal journey.

We designed an online tool to host workshop information and materials. We added a notes function, and have continued to evolve and adapt this tool as a hub for coordinating multiple tools for training and evaluation. Assessment Tools

Learning Deliverology starts before the workshop. We designed online self-assessment surveys and reports. Our goal is to streamline assessment tools to make them clear and easy for employees and managers, and to create a compelling feedback narrative to help them manage performance.

One example is the redesign of their Capacity Review Tool, which combines self-assessment over time with recommendations and case studies to help their clients navigate the data and keep their teams on track.

Managers are prompted to review critical elements and share feedback with associates. Users can drill down into critical sub-elements and review recommendations and case studies to develop plans for change. Publishing Research

Part of the Delivery Associates mission is to stay ahead of world developments, doing research on education, sustainability, and other disciplines critical to helping governments achieve their goals. We helped them to visually communicate their research.
